Meet Your Inspector

Steven Bilella brings more than 15 years of residential property maintenance experience to every inspection. Throughout his career, he worked at a large apartment community where he was responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of building systems and property components.

His experience includes:

Plumbing repairs and maintenance
Carpentry and structural repairs
Grounds maintenance and irrigation systems
General residential maintenance
HVAC systems and operation
Property condition evaluations

Steven also holds a Type II HVAC Certification, providing additional knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems commonly found in residential properties.

To further expand his expertise, he has completed specialized training in the identification of wood-destroying insects, helping homeowners recognize signs of potential damage caused by termites and other destructive pests.
